Brimbank Blooms Delivery & Store Guidelines

At Brimbank Blooms, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality floral arrangements across the Melbourne metropolitan area. To ensure your experience is seamless and your blooms arrive in peak condition, please review our official store policies below.


Delivery Information

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM to guarantee delivery by 7:00 PM on the same day.

  • Timed Deliveries: For orders placed at least 24 hours in advance, you may request an AM or PM window in the "Delivery Notes" at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate these requests.

  • Service Area: We deliver daily from our studio to a wide range of Melbourne suburbs. If your specific suburb does not appear at checkout, please call us—we may be able to arrange a custom courier.

  • Regional & International: Through our trusted Flowers Relay Network, we can organize deliveries beyond our local zone. Please contact us directly for a quote.

In-Store Pickup

Save on delivery and visit our studio!

  • Same-Day Pickup: Order by 3:00 PM; please allow a minimum of 3 hours for our florists to craft your arrangement.

  • Next-Day Morning Pickup: Please ensure your order is submitted by 3:00 PM the day prior.

  • Important: Please wait for your "Order Ready" confirmation email before arriving at the shop.


Specialized Deliveries

To ensure a successful delivery to restricted locations, specific details are required to avoid re-delivery fees:

  • Hospitals: Full patient name, ward name/number, and room number. Tip: Confirm the patient has not been discharged before ordering.

  • Funerals: Name of the deceased, the venue/funeral home name, and the scheduled service time.

  • Workplaces: Business name, floor/suite number, and the recipient's finishing time.

Note: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or restricted access (e.g., locked gates or secure apartments), a return-to-shop fee and a re-delivery fee will apply.


Our Policies

  • Recipient Not Home: If no one is available, flowers will be left in a secure, shaded location. Our courier will take a Photo Proof of Delivery. Brimbank Blooms is not liable for theft or weather-related damage once the delivery is completed.

  • Florist Discretion (Seasonal Policy): Nature is unique! While we strive to match product images, we may occasionally substitute specific stems based on seasonal availability. We promise to maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of your arrangement.

  • Cancellations:

    • Prior to Preparation: Full refund minus a $15 administration fee and merchant processing fees.

    • Once Prepared: The 20% deposit/value is non-refundable to cover labor and perishable stock.

  • Deposits: All custom event, wedding, and large-scale orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

  • Quality Guarantee: Any concerns regarding the quality of your blooms must be submitted in writing with a clear photograph within 24 hours of delivery.
